Before I decided to become a Software Engineer I had aspirations to be a profressional Badminton player, due to injuries and financial hardships I decided to change careers. Although I had a career shift
the lessons that I learned from being an athlete stuck with me and helped me become a Software Engineer today. The values of hardwork, dedication, and never being satisfied are vital parts in being
a successful Software Engineer in my opinion, especially coming from a coding bootcamp like App Academy.
During my time at App Academy, I was able to develop skills using tools and languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS,
Sequelize, Express, React, Redux, Python, Flask, and more. One of the biggest skills that I was taught during the bootcamp was the ability to learn fast and utilize what I learned immediately.
On my free time I enjoy trying new foods in my area and playing video games and badminton with my friends.
